Shavon Robinson was a standout at Canton South High School, earning Stark County Player of the Year honors, two First Team All-Ohio selections, and recognition as a McDonald’s All-American nominee. She was also a two-time district champion and was inducted into the Canton South Athletic Hall of Fame.
Robinson continued her career at the NCAA Division I level at Ohio University, where she earned MAC All-Freshman Team honors and was one of the team’s leading scorers. She later transferred to Shawnee State, helping the program capture a Mid-South Conference Tournament Championship.
Following her playing career, Robinson transitioned into collegiate coaching, with experience at Shawnee State and Malone University. Her coaching responsibilities have included player development, recruiting, scouting, and game preparation.
Alphonso Baity II brings extensive collegiate playing experience and a strong defensive background to BAB Sportz. At the University of Findlay, Baity started all 30 games during the 2013-14 season, averaging 10.2 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game while shooting better than 50 percent from the field and 46 percent from three-point range.
Baity earned GLIAC All-Defensive Team honors and later continued his collegiate career at Walsh University. Before college, he was a three-time All-Conference selection and First Team All-Metro basketball player.
Baity brings his experience as a collegiate guard to player development, emphasizing defense, shooting, toughness, basketball IQ, and overall skill development. He also serves as Assistant Director with BAB Sportz Ohio.

Marcus Ernst was a standout multi-sport athlete at Edgewood High School and surpassed 1,000 career points during his high school basketball career. As a senior, he averaged 20.4 points, 10.4 rebounds, and 5.4 assists per game while helping Edgewood capture the 2017 All-American Conference Championship.
Ernst continued his basketball career at Malone University, where he developed into an All-Conference performer. During his junior season, he averaged 14.1 points and 8.8 rebounds per game, shot better than 52 percent from the field, recorded nine double-doubles, and earned Second Team All-G-MAC honors.
Following his collegiate career, Ernst transitioned into coaching and currently serves as an assistant boys basketball coach at Green High School. His playing and coaching background allows him to work with athletes on scoring, rebounding, footwork, inside-out development, basketball IQ, and overall skill development.
